Function
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of key commercial data to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights on sales performance and market trends.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management regarding commercial performance.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices within the commercial department.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders, highlighting analysis and recommendations.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management, translating data findings into clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure data accuracy; gather insights and prepare actionable reports that inform strategic initiatives.
- Analyse sales trends, market conditions, and financial data... provide insights to help guide business strategies.
- Help create and maintain Customer management and profitability models.
- Support the design, execution, and tracking of Power BI dashboards related to volume and pricing objectives.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a commercial or analytical role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong (and demonstrated) analytical ability to extract key business insights through data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Pays close attention to details.
- Advanced Excel skills are a must to perform complex data analysis, create dynamic reports, automate tasks, and handle large datasets efficiently, including Power Query.
- Advanced Power BI skills to create dynamic dashboards with self-service functionalities.
- Ability to use the full breath of our other corporate tools: Microsoft suite, SharePoint, CRM (Salesforce or equivalent), ERP (Infor M3 or equivalent).
- A self-starter who holds herself/himself accountable to exceed expectations, with curiosity and desire to continuously learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English is the corporate language. Other languages are a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with team members at multiple levels of the organization.
- Possibility to travel (less than 5%).
