Lead Sales productivity initiatives, focusing on efficiency and streamlining sales processes to optimise them.
Link Sales processes to Customer experience.
Manage the Lead to Opportunity processes in the CRM (Salesforce).
Champion sales process automation within the enterprise tools.
Lead regional adoption to ensure the Sales team embraces the brand value selling methodology.
Provide training and coaching to the Sales team to ensure processes and tools are used efficiently; also support sales excellence.
Work closely with the IT teams to develop digital tools that are standardized, simple and accurate with the user in sight.
Work closely with the Marketing and Regional teams to activate business requirements, develop and document processes to support the Go To Market teams and strategies.
Skills
Demonstrated success in a sales operation, business operations, or similar role.
Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis.
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to train and collaborate with team members at multiple levels of the organization.
Prior knowledge in CRM (salesforce is a plus) with experience in implementation, creating reports, optimizing processes, training, implementing dashboards and automation.
Strong planning and project management skills including multi-tasking, work prioritization, meeting due dates, and balancing multiple urgent requests
Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Sales, service, IT…
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English is the corporate language. Other languages are a plus.
A self-starter who holds herself/himself accountable to exceed expectations, with curiosity and desire to continuously learn.
Corporate tools: Microsoft suite, SharePoint, Power BI, Salesforce, Infor M3 … Advanced Excel skills are expected.
