(Technical) Administrative Assistant


  • You are responsible for the follow-up of the (technical) certificate process of our products.
  • You follow up the claims procedure: input and maintain the database, contact with the technical staff in the factory, feedback to the customer.
  • You are the gatekeeper of the technical documentation.
  • You reply to technical questions which we receive from customers, consumers and colleagues.
  • You are the administrative coordinator of the development process of new products. You keep close contact with our suppliers, you maintain the samples , you create the product road map, …
  • You report directly to the Corporate Sustainability and Quality Manager.


  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree and a first experience in an administrative position.
  • You are open to learn new things and like to take initiative.
  • You have an interest in technical matters.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of English & Dutch. Knowledge of other European languages are highly valued.
