Marketing & Communication Manager (m/v/x)

Our client in Tienen is looking for a driven Marketing & Communications Manager with relevant experience, your task include:

• As Marketing & Communications Manager you report directly to the Marketing Director North and you are responsible for the daily operations of the Marketing & Communications department of the Benelux and UK organisation
• You manage a team of 3 marketing enthusiasts in Benelux and UK
• You oversee all marketing activities and ensure it fits with the global and local communication strategy.
• Coordination of product launches and product-related actions
• Supporting the Sales Team and the Project Team with regard to information, folders, color samples, architect folder, fairs, seminars, internet sites, ...
• Drafting and sending out mailings to constructors and the contacts of the Project Team
• Organization of communication campaigns such as fairs, advertisements, digital newsletters, radio spots, in-house trade magazine, ...
• Development of sales tools and organization of actions to support the constructors
• Distribution of the technical catalogs
• Handling requests from building owners
• Creation of product or theme brochure
• You will get the support from the Global Marketing & Communication team

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a business or marketing orientation and have at least 5 years experience in a marketing & communication role
• You ideally have experience in guiding a small team (local and abroad)
• You show a strong commercial drive and awareness
• You have the ability to innovate and implement change successfully; you are action oriented and a real initiative taker
• You are hands on and do not shy away from operational work
• You are strongly driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity and responsibility
• You show great communication and presentation skills
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Your French is also good. Additional languages are valued
