Junior Management Assistant


Roles & Responsibilities

As a Management Assistant you play a coordinating role which is of key importance in our organization.

Your tasks will include:

  • the daily administrative support of managers and partners;
  • drafting of engagement letters, reports, ...
  • using the internal database and CRM;
  • designing presentations in PowerPoint;
  • collecting information from traditional and electronic media;
  • handling (electronic) correspondence
  • planning of meetings;
  • preparation of invoices;
  • answering internal and external phone calls;
  • ensuring that all data regarding our clients are kept up-to-date, based upon the information you receive from managers and partners;
  • various administrative tasks.


Skills & Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor's degree or have an equivalent in experience;
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus;
  • You have an excellent spoken and written knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus;
  • You manage MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the Internet;
  • Your organisational skills, motivation and flexibility are your prime qualifications for a successful approach to this fascinating job;
  • You work precisely and meticulously.
