HR Officer (m/v/x)


We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer: Payroll, recruitment and General HR to work with our clients HR General team to ensure payroll, various general HR tasks as well as recruiting new employees.

  • You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process of permanent employees (national and international)
  • You will ensure an update of the existing job descriptions
  • You draft and publish the job descriptions
  • You look for recruitment channels, job fairs, …
  • You screen CV's and are the first point of contact for candidates
  • You support the line managers in the recruitment of permanent employees
  • You build a network of recruitment partners, via linkedIn, job fairs
  • You are responsible for the follow-up of the HR recruitment policy and you keep it updated
  • You ensure close administrative follow-up of onboarding and you facilitate and coordinate a smooth onboarding. You organize inductions for new employees
  • You take care of the payroll and related administration both nationally and internationally
  • You are responsible for the administrative management of personnel files and social documents: drawing up employment contracts, addenda to contracts, certificates, correspondence, data entry, etc.
  • You will provide support for monthly reporting (head count, absenteeism, etc.)
  • You are the first point of contact for employees regarding all HR related questions that are related to social legislation
  • Support in streamlining and improving existing HR processes (revision of employment contracts and addenda, employee portal, onboarding procedures, educational leave, well-being projects, ...)
  • You are responsible for fleet management (onboarding, new orders, offboarding, return of cars, ...)


  • You have a bachelor or master degree in a social direction;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English (all verbally and written);
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in HR;
  • You have excellent communication skills and you easily establish contact with employees at all levels of the organization;
  • You can work within short deadlines and are result oriented;
  • Discretion and reliability are a must;
  • You are a good team player but can also work independently;
  • You are a self-starter and self-motivator and work on your own initiative on a variety of tasks and projects.
