Functie
You will support project sales and will be in charge within the Customer Service dept. for all order to cash administration of existing B2B key accounts in various export markets such as USA, Australia, Italy, Spain,….
This means you will have to take care of
- All kind of product and delivery related communication
- Info exchange with export customers and external sales team members on one side and the customer service dept. of inter-company entities in Belgium, the Netherlands, Finland, Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark, Hungary, Austria and Switzerland on the other side
- Investigation of product availabilities
- Order handling, input till invoicing in MS Dyn 365
- Follow up on order status
- Data management
- Export related documents (certificate of origins, POA, customized invoices,…)
- Support financial processes such as letter of credits & CAD
Profiel
You are...
- Flexible, dynamic and hands-on person with a good portion of common sense
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English. Every other language is welcome.
- Experience in the field of customer service/commercial service is an asset.
- Good IT skills (Knowledge of MS Office and experience with an ERP environment). MS Dynamics 365 knowledge is an advantage
- Works accurate and has good organizational skills
- Quick learner and can adapt easily in a fast changing environment
