As an Inside Sales, you will be a crucial member of our sales team, working closely with one field sales representative to strengthen our market position within a specific sector. You will be responsible for proactively approaching potential customers, maintaining existing relationships and identifying growth opportunities within your assigned sector.
Your focus is on active calling and creating valuable sales opportunities.
- Proactive customer contact: Contact potential and existing customers within the assigned sector by phone to make them aware of our products or services. Initiate and maintain regular communication to strengthen the relationship
- Needs analysis: Identify the needs of potential customers and ensure that our products or services meet their requirements. Gather relevant information and provide feedback to the sales and product development team.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads, offers and prospects and ensure that all sales opportunities are managed effectively. Strive to achieve set sales goals and targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales manager responsible for the sector. Ensure seamless transfer of information and leads, and work together on strategic sales plans.
- Customer relationship management: Maintain and build relationships with existing customers within the sector. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase sales.
- Reporting: Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities. Report regularly to the team leader on progress and results.
- Customer focus: Strive for excellent customer service and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
