Function
The order processor coordinates the full order process, from order entry until delivery / invoicing. Every order processor is the key contact for a specific region and coordinates work with other departments.
What are your key areas of responsibility ?
Order administration
- Check the order and quote from A to Z
- Enter the orders with accuracy and in line with applicable procedures (resulting in correct reporting) and support the customer through entire process
- Order follow-up & ownership with an active and pro-active approach with happy customer as goal
- Communication with customers & sales by mail and phone
- Invoicing
- Support commercial sales and service team
- Working and supporting all teams involved : factory, finance, purchasing, logistics, export, service, …
Coordinate deliveries
- Follow-up progress of the order availability
- Follow-up payment and export approval progress
- Coordinate with planning, service and logistics department
Profile
- Pc knowledge (excel & outlook)
- Excellent communication skills; EN, NL + FR or GER
- Navision / CRM knowledge is a plus
- Flexibility in work and priorities is a must
- Stress resistance
- Teamplayer but able to work independently
- Act as project manager for challenges to get best possible result
